How Long Will My Item Take For Me To Receive?

Items are processed and sent within 5 working days of your order.

For Orders Within The UK: If you select an upgrade on postage at checkout – this is quicker postage with the courier and not the items dispatch timing; the processing time will still apply.

For All Orders: Once your item is posted we will not be held accountable for any delays (such as customs, strike action and backlogs) and timings are out of our hands once we have marked your item as dispatched.

How is my item sent?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Occasionally, we may be required to send orders via different couriers due to parcel weights - if this is the case - we will alert you to let you know the courier & method used instead. 

There's An Issue With My Order, How Do I Act On This?

If your item has a mistake or is broken on arrival, please let us know within a week of receiving your order to allow us to act accordingly.
If the error is our end, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Spelling on Personalised Items

Please check your spelling on personalised requests. We will not be held accountable for any mistakes made by the buyer.

Postal Address

Please double check your address before ordering - any returned or undeliverable mail will be at the expense of the buyer – we post using the addresses provided on checkout.

Custom & Import Fees

Depending on where you are ordering from, there may be customs charges to pay depending upon which country your order is being shipped to.
Please check with your local authority to obtain an estimate for customs & import charges for the value of your order.

We are not accountable for any Custom & Import fees, so it is important that you check this information prior to ordering from us.

Do you ship to areas outside of the UK?

We are currently working on expanding our shipping locations. If you're interested in our items but we don't currently ship to you, please feel free to contact us here and let us know - we would love to know and will look into your request. 

My item hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please allow a couple of days once you've been notified of your order being dispatched for orders to arrive. Dates provided are estimates only.

If your order has gone past the time you think it should be with you, please check your tracking information, in your garden or places of safety, with neighbours and your local collection office with Royal Mail. If there is no luck with any of these, then please get in touch.

Items need to be reported missing to us within 1 month of your expected delivery date to enable us to look into the items whereabouts. We are unable to process any reports of loss over 1 month as we can no longer claim for the loss, so it's important you get in touch if you think your item is missing.

Will You Use Photos Of My Order For Advertising?

We may use photos of your order for our own advertisement (on our social media pages) and listings - if this is something you would not like to happen, please let us know on ordering, via messaging us or simply add a note to your order stating this request.

Stock Photos/Screen Resolution

Screen resolution and lighting at time of pictures may mean items colours may differ slightly to that in the photos displayed on listings and social media.
Please feel free to ask for additional photos prior to ordering to clarify colours.

Dog Accessories Disclaimer

NO ACCESSORY is indestructible, please always check your dogs accessories for wear and tear. It is the customers responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.
Our Dog accessories are suitable and sturdy for every day use however we do not recommend for dogs with behaviour issues or are overly aggressive. Our products are suitable for domestic dogs. We do not refund or replace for general wear and tear of a product, only genuine faults will be resolved after inspection. We do not guarantee any protection from our items and owners are responsible for any damage created to the products from misuse (such as chewing), or damage created by your dog on walks or from unsafe storage of products.
Print colour may vary across the full range due to different fabrics used for each item. Designs are made as a repeat pattern so each harness will be unique.
Owners must ensure they have purchased the correct size for their dog by using the size guides available. We are not responsible for the incorrect size being purchased. Dogs harnesses must fit at the neck and chest to be suitable. We are unable to alter harnesses and items to requirements.

We do not recommend our harnesses for dogs that are excessive pullers this will eventually cause tears in the item making it not fit for purpose.

We recommend hand washing and never washing above 40 degrees as this will cause shrinkage. Products should be left flat to dry (never put accessories in the drier due to plastic features, this may also cause shrinking).

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

We're aware that sometimes mistakes happen or minds get changed. Unfortunately, as the majority of our items are personalised, we are not able to accept cancellations once orders have been placed. (This is a shop policy).

If you do wish to cancel your order for any reason, please do get in touch though as if we haven't made your order, we may be able to accept a cancellation. If on getting in touch with us, you find we have already made your order, there may be a small chance we can grant a cancellation, but a fee may be required to cover costs of materials and time for the product already made.
